1. Unified recruitment of master's degree or above, majors in pharmacy, pharmacology, pharmaceutical engineering, and chemistry;

2. More than 5 years of work experience in the field of Chinese medicine research and development;

3. Proficient in the research and development process of Chinese medicine projects, and relevant policies and regulations for new drug research and development registration;

4. Master Chinese medicine research and development, quality management, GMP knowledge, and new medicine information retrieval;

5. Understand the latest developments and development trends of drug research and development in this field, be sensitive to policy information, and be able to respond quickly;

6. Possess strong ability to analyze and solve problems, good team management ability, execution ability, change and innovation ability;

7. Experience in research and development of new Chinese medicines and large variety cultivation, drug registration and clinical trial management is preferred;

8. Have deep insights and unique development ideas for the Chinese medicine industry;

9. More than 3 years of work experience in research institutes or large listed pharmaceutical companies will be preferred for admission.
